[摘要] Specified animals which may be affected by trichina shall undergo a trichina test in accordance with point 9 of the Instructions relative to meat control of 1994. The test shall be carried with a method approved by the State Food Control Office. The other instructions concern the testing and verification of tests and contain various technical standards for methods of testing. (6 instructions)
