Slaughter of Animals Ordinance (Cap. 111).

[摘要] This Ordinance provides rules for the slaughter of animals in the town of Plymouth (as defined) and outside the town's borders. Butchers shall obtain a licence from the Treasurer and shall be declared to be fit by the medical officer. Slaughter outside Plymouth requires a permit to be obtained from the officer in charge or the police. If an animal is sold to a butcher, notice shall be given of the sale to the sanitary officer. Skins of sheep and goats shall be kept for at least three weeks after
