Contaminants in Food (Scotland) Regulations 2009 (S.S.I. No. 215 of 2009).
[摘要] These Regulations implement for Scotland specified Community legislation on contaminants in food. The Regulations, among other things: define offences in relation with the preparation and placing on the market of food; specify enforcement authorities; and provide for the application of specified provisions of the Food Safety Act 1990.
