[摘要] The present Regulation enforces the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2001 (S.O. 2001, c. 20). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to federal grade standards, conditions of grading and grade marking requirements for lamb and mutton, poultry, veal and beef.
