[摘要] This Regional Law establishes delimitation of plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of protection of public health and sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. The aforesaid plenary powers shall include sanitary and hygienic arrangements for the protection of public health, social and hygienic monitoring and provision of disabled children with specialized nutrition.
