Law No. 269 “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors”.

[摘要] This Law lays down the legal grounds for manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors. It shall not be applicable to the following categories: (a) legal persons manufacturing products containing ethyl alcohol for non-commercial purposes; (b) medicinal preparations containing ethyl alcohol; and (c) beverages with 6% of ethyl alcohol contents.
