Regulation on Requirements of Slaughterhouses.
[摘要] This Regulation, made to implement article 12, second comma of the Ordinance on Slaughter of Animals and Inspection of Meat, provides rules and standards relative to hygiene in slaughterhouses, meat processing plants and meat retail premises. Each butcher shall draw up a HACCP plan.
