Presidential Decree No. 100/14 approving the Statute of Ministry of Agriculture (MINAGRI).

[摘要] This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of Ministry of Agriculture (MINAGRI). This Statute, consisting of five Chapters and four Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned organ of the President and Chairman of the Executive Branch, whose mission is to propose the design, conduct, execute and control the policy of the Executive in the fields of: agriculture, livestock, food safety and forest resources, in a perspective of sustainable development.
