Regional Law No. 39 “On food security”.
[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that food security shall be reached through provision of the population with foodstuffs sufficient for meeting the demand of population to the amount and in assortment in compliance with the established nutritional norms required for active and vital activity. The scope of food security shall be to ensure growth of consumption of basic foodstuffs to the recommended consumption levels. Basic principles for ensuring food security shall be equal access of all producers
