Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 205) B.E. 2543 (2000) Re: Oil and Fat.
[摘要] This Notification provides for the requirements to be satisfied by edible oil and fat. The definition of edible oil and fat is given in Clause 2. Edible oil and fat shall be divided into three categories according to Clause 3. Plants or animals to be used in oil or fat production shall be in suitable conditions for food production and shall not be hazardous for consumption (Clause 4).
