Decree No. 491 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on circulation and processing of milk and dairy products.
[摘要] This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for safety of milk that was not thermally treated at the temperature over 40°С or by other similar treatment and is destined for consumers or further processing with a view of manufacturing dairy products. Milk and dairy products must comply with mandatory food safety requirements.
