Local Government (Single Business Permit) Rules, 2008 (Cap. 265).

[摘要] These Regulations, made under section 271 of the Local Government Act, provide that: a Single Business Permit issued by one local authority shall be valid for the distribution of goods or provision of services within the area of any other local authority; the form of registration for a Single Business Permit shall be prescribed by the Minister; and fees shall be payable in accordance with these Regulations.
