[摘要] This Decree sets forth the principles and instruments governing the distribution of food to the most deprived people. It regulates the functioning of a special fund under the Agency for disbursements in agriculture (AGEA) and provides for the establishment of an information system concerning non governmental organizations and charitable associations engaged in the distribution of food products to deprived people.
