[摘要] The Central Organization for standardization and Quality Control, established by Law No. 54 of 1979, shall be desintegrated from the administration of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and attached to the Planning Body. Also the newly created National Centre for Planning and Adminstrative Development shall be attached to the Planning body.
