Decree No. 440 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on mandatory requirements for safety and labelling of mineral water and spring water.

[摘要] This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for safety and labelling of mineral water and spring water. It shall be applicable to natural mineral water abstracted from groundwater sources as a result of well-sinking. Manufacturer bottling natural mineral water must provide geological, hydrogeological, physical, chemical, physic-chemical and microbiological assessment thereof.
