Regulations to Issue Permit for Operating Hotel or Tour Supplementary Accommodation Establishment (L.N. No.104/2006).
[摘要] This Regulation, made by the Minister of Tourism under the Tourism Proclamation, sets standards for tourist accommodations, including standards for the preparation and serving of food. Food hygiene standards concern, among other things: hygiene of persons engaged in the preparation, cooking or serving of food, kitchen outfit, and equipment of kitchens and dining rooms.
