Law on the Supervision of the Handling of Food.
[摘要] The purpose of this Law is to ensure handling of food, which is qualitative and harmless to human health, life and environment, the elimination of risks, the promotion of trade and the protection of the interests of consumers. This Law shall apply to the handling of all forms of food and any food undertaking and natural person involved in it. If international agreements ratified by the Parliament have provisions, which differ from those in this Law, the provisions of the international agreements
