[摘要] This Act, consisting of 4 Parts and three Schedules, aims at the following purposes: (a) to provide for the New Zealand Meat Board to establish and operate meat export quota management systems and to provide for compliance audits in relation to such systems; and (b) to make provision for the ownership and use of the Board’s assets; and (c) to make provision for certain tax consequences in relation to the transfer of funds and other assets between the Board and an industry-good organisation; and
