Wine Industry Regulation 1995.

[摘要] This Regulation implements the Wine Industry Act 1994. It clarifies requirements for application for licences and for advertising and submissions on licence applications, Part 5 concerns the Queensland Wine Industry Policy Council and spells out its functions. Part 6 covers record keeping by licensees under the Act. The regulation is completed by one schedule that sets the values of fees to be paid under the Act.
