Food Hygiene Regulation 1989.
[摘要] This regulation implements the Food Act 1981. It contains provision on licensing and registration with respect to food stores, other places and food vehicles. It regulates the licensing procedure, the cancellation, revocation and suspension of licences and of registrations. It also defines offences under the regulation. It is completed by a schedule on classes and description of businesses.
