Decree of the President of the Regional Council No. 40 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs and Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs.

[摘要] Pursuant to European Union provisions on hygiene of foddstuffs, this Decree regulates the recognition and registration procedure for food business operators. Establishments where primary foodstuffs for domestic use are produced shall not be registered.
