[摘要] Import and trade on the national territory of fish products shall be carried out by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that have won tenders for the allocation fish products import quotas. Retail trade of fish products shall be carried out by commercial and catering organizations in markets complying with sanitary and hygienic requirements set for fish trade.
