Decree No. 344 of 2007 containing rules relative to quality of agricultural products (Agricultural Quality Decree).
[摘要] This Decree prescribes rules relative to the placing on the market of agricultural products including meat, vegetables, fruit, food for infants and certain reproduction material. The rules are based on and refer to specified Community legislation. They concern, among other things, advertisement and labelling. They also appoint authorities responsible for control.
