Governmental Decree No. 210 validating the Regulation on certification of pharmaceuticals and medical products.

[摘要] This Regulation shall be applicable to the protection of consumers with a view of provision thereof with high-quality nutritional products for special dietary uses and food additives, ensuring appropriate certification thereof. Certification shall be performed either in relation to products or to the certification systems. Certification shall be classified as voluntary and mandatory.
