Government Decision No. 1.415 on the organization and functioning of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority, and its subordinated units.

[摘要] This Government Decision, consisting of 21 articles and 3 Annexes, regulates the National Sanitary and Veterinary and Food Safety Authority. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Authority, organized and operating as a specialized body of central public administration, with legal, regulatory authority and control in the field of veterinary and food safety subordinated to the Government and coordinated by the Minister of agriculture and rural development.
