Crops Laws (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, 2009 (No. 20 of 2009)

[摘要] This Act amends various Acts relative to manufacturing and placing on the market of various crops in relation with Boards established under such legislation. The amendments also concern contract farming, i.e. cultivation based on contracts made in precedence by a farmer and a buyer or financer. The implementation of the contract shall be monitored by a Board in order to protect rights of both parties.
