Decree-Law No. 214/2003 regulating honey production.

[摘要] This Decree-Law, composed of 12 articles and 2 Annexes, transposes into national law the EU Directive No. 2001/110, of the Council of 20 December relating to honey production and marketing. Offences and penalties for illegal activities are appended to the text. Annexes specify: denominations, descriptions and definitions of products and composition criteria of honey.
