[摘要] This Law establishes legal and administrative grounds for quality and safety control in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors. It also has as its scope conservation and protection of traditional liquor trademarks and suppression of fraud. The provisions of this Law shall not be applicable to beer.
