Government Decree No. 13/2008 approving the Regulation on public supply and price stabilisation interventions.

[摘要] This Government Decree approves the Regulation on the State economic intervention in order to guarantee public food and fuel supply. The Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters divided in 51 articles and 3 Annexes, provides for ways to create emergency stocks and price stabilization criteria (with and without subsidies).
