Sugar Subsidies Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance provides for the enforcement of various EU-directives concerning subsidies for sugar production. Article 4 establishes that the application on behalf of producers shall be made in writing to the competent authority. The text – consisting of 14 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, competence, conditions, authorization of producers, application form, simpliefied proceedings and forms.
