Ministerial Decree No. 60 validating the Regulation on State veterinary inspection under the Government of Agriculture.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that State veterinary inspection under the Government of Agriculture shall be the authorized state institution in the sphere of veterinary entitled with the task of ensuring epizootic well-being in the sphere of livestock breeding and safety of foodstuffs of animal origin, and also prevention of fraud against and misleading of the consumers of animal products and foodstuffs of animal origin. State veterinary inspection shall carry out the following functions:
