Act (SFS 2011:1215) amending the Product Safety Act (2004:451).

[摘要] This Act, made under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Affairs, provides rules relative to the safety of products placed on the market in Sweden. It makes amendments to articles 4, 11-12, 27, 30b and 36 with regard to provisions for the Government to also issue regulations prohibiting the provision or export of a particular type of product, if the product presents a serious risk to health and safety.
