Animal Origin – Foodstuff Inspection Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs. The present Ordinance regulates the official inspection of the production, processing and marketing of foodstuff of animal origin, and implements certain EU-directives on the same subject.
