Decree No. 119 on oenological practices.

[摘要] This Decree makes provision on allowed oenological practices, which are listed out in Annex 1. Products which have been subjected to non allowed oenological practices shall not be destined to direct human consumption. Article 13 sets out the penalties to be applied in case of contravention.
