Food (Control and Sale) Law, 1996 (Law No. 54(I)/96).
[摘要] The Law provides for the general legal framework on hygiene control of manufacturing and marketing of foodstuffs in Cyprus. Article 1 lays down the short title of the law. Article 2 provides for definitions. With article 3 the Foodstuffs Board is established. Article 4 to 5 provide for the Board’s competencies and powers of the Minister. Article 6 to 7 provides for prohibition of placing in the market of foodstuffs unsuitable for consumption. Article 8 establishes that the Minister may request a
