Ministerial Decree No. 449/2007 amending provisions of the Food Code in compliance with Directive 2006/52/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colours and sweeteners and Directive 94/35/EC on sweeteners for use in foodstuffs.

[摘要] Pursuant to Directive 2006/52/EC relating to food additives other than colours and sweeteners for use in foodstuffs, this Decree brings forth extensive amendments to the provisions of the Food Code. More specifically, articles Nos. 33, 41, 42, 44, 45, 58, 70, 80, 83, 84, 87, 90, 91, 93, 98, 99, 103,110, 111, 113, 114, 119, 121,123,125, 131, 132, 135, 137, 139, 141, 144 are hereby amended.
