[摘要] This Act provides safety requirements for marketed products and product-related services and the bases for organization of market supervision. The act applies to products and product-related services marketed in Estonia or exported to a Member state of the European Union. This Act applies to products, services and the organization of market supervision in so far as there are no specific provisions in other acts.
