Ministerial Decree No. 42/2008 amending article 11 of the Food Code in compliance with Commission Directive 2007/68/EC amending Annex IIIa to Directive 2000/13/EC as regards certain food ingredients.

[摘要] The Decree, in accordance with Commission Directive 2007/68/EC amending Annex IIIa to Directive 2000/13/EC as regards the labelling of certain food ingredients, replaces Annex 3A to article 11 of the Food Code, which lays down the list of those ingredients which must be indicated in the labels as they are likely to cause adverse reactions in susceptible individuals.
