Ministerial Joint Decree No. 89563 on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues for fluroxypyr in and on certain products of animal and plant origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2001/57/EC.

[摘要] The pesticide residue for fluroxypyr specified in article 1 to this Decree and the maximum level established therein shall be added in Part A, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88. Also, a maximum level of fluroxypyr residue is added to part B, Annex II to Presidential Decree No. 497/89. In Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95 the column headed ‘Fluroxypyr including its esters expressed as fluroxypyr’, set out in the Table included in article 3 to this Decree, is added.
