Regulation on the Hygiene of Food of Animal Origin.

[摘要] This Regulation lays down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, which must comply with undertakings in the food business. These rules complement those that are prescribed by the Regulation on food hygiene. They apply to unprocessed and processed products of animal origin.
