Ministerial Decree No. 388 validating the Technical Regulation on safety of beer.

[摘要] The scope of this Ministerial Decree shall be to protect human life and health against fraud, deceit and adulteration of beer. Technical regulation establishes: (a) compulsory safety requirements for brewing industry; (b) requirements for processing, handling, storage, transportation and trade of beer; (c) packaging and labelling requirements for beer; (d) traceability of beer; and (e) compliance assessment criteria.
