[摘要] This Act, consisting of 153 sections divided into twelve Parts, concerns the safety and suitability of food in the territory of South Australia. The objects of the Act include ensuring food for sale is both safe and suitable for human consumption, preventing misleading conduct in connection with the sale of food and providing for the application in this jurisdiction of the Food Standards Code.
