Food and Drugs (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 2017).
[摘要] This Act amends the Food and Drugs Act with respect to language requirements for labelling and by inserting a new Part (VII) which grants power to the Minister to make Regulations for giving effect to the purposes and provisions of this Act. The Act also concerns misconduct in labelling.
