[摘要] This Ministerial Decree regulates the voluntary and mandatory certification of foodstuffs, including meat and meat-based products, fish, milk and dairy products, oilseeds, beverages and liquors. Certification shall be structured in two stages: (a) issuance of a hygienic certificate by the state sanitary supervisory authority and, where necessary, a veterinary or phytosanitary certificate; and (b) the issuance of compliance certificate.
