Decree No. 25 laying down technical provisions on equipment destined to treatment of water for human consumption.

[摘要] This Decree sets out technical provisions applicable to equipment used for treating water destined to human consumption, both domestic and non domestic. These provisions concern duties of producers and distributors as regards equipment standards and related certification. For the purposes of this Decree, the definitions laid down under Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 apply. Article 10 concerns penalties.
