Starch/Sugar Reimbursement Ordinance 2002.

[摘要] An Ordinance laying down procedures to be followed to obtain reimbursement of production costs of starch and sugar. Article 2 establishes that “Agrarmarkt Austria” is entrusted with the enforcement of the present ordinance. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Authorization (2), Reimbursement procedures (3); Registration for special survey (4); Granting of reimbursement (5); Final provisions (6).
