Competence Ordinance – Consumer Protection Implementation Act.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the EC Consumer Protection Implementation Act of 21 December 2006 (BGBl. I p. 3367). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Competences (1); Penalties (2); Entry into force, obligatory notification (3).
