Decree on certain ways of labelling food.

[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 11 articles and one Annex, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, certain methods of labelling foodstuffs. Information on food does not contain misleading information within the meaning of art. 7 of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers. In particular it shouldn't contain misleading information that the food or its ingredient
