[摘要] The present Law regulates the relationship between consumers and producers and sellers of goods; it defines rights of consumers regarding the purchase of goods of adequate quality and safety; provides with respect to information regarding goods for sale; and provides for the education of consumers and other matters relating to the protection of consumers.
