Decree No. 45 of the Chief State Sanitary Inspector validating sanitary regulation.

[摘要] This Decree establishes sanitary and hygienic arrangements for the protection of potable water supply system of Moscow. It establishes boundaries and areas of sanitary protection of water supply system. The purpose of this Decree shall be protection of potable water supply against pollution and exhaustion of potable water. Area of potable water supply shall be classified as area of restricted economic activities and construction.
